Shipping

 

As a Samsung distributor, Samsung-parts.net can supply spare parts all over Europe. Shipment and delivery is done via DHL, UPS or DPD, which ensures that your shipment arrives at the final destination in the fastest and safest way possible. Our usual delivery time is 3-5 working days after order payment. Please note that Battery spare parts are shipped out via Truck. This is due to aviation safety rules and regulations. 

 

Please note that shipment is only possible within the European continent and the shipping fee depends on the destination:

 

Delivery to European Union (EU) countries
Shipping cost for deliveries made to countries within the European Union is fixed at € 9.95 per order, excluding VAT. Free shipping is offered on all orders above €2,000. Once an order is shipped out, the status can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the order shipment confirmation email. 

 

Delivery to non-European Union (Non-EU) countries
Shipping cost for deliveries made to countries outside the EU is fixed at € 35.00 per order. The orders are shipped as DAP (Delivered at place). This means that the buyer is responsible for paying custom duties and clearance taxes once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. Once an order is shipped out, the status can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the order shipment confirmation email.

 

 

Returns

 

1. Return policy: End-users
As an end user, you can return any product within 14 days (Cooling off period) after delivery. If you encounter any problem after this 14-days period, you can use our warranty period of 28 days following delivery, to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 

 

1.1 Cooling off period
You are entitled to return the product to Samsung-Parts.net, cancel the entitlement to services and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product or service entitlement without stating the reasons,  provided that you contact Samsung-Parts.net within 14 calendar days following the delivery of the product. During the cooling off period, the product and packaging must be carefully handled. You can only extract or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.

 

Spare parts must be installed by a competent technician as incorrect installation may result in damage and impairment of the product. Damaged parts due to incorrect or malicious installation or parts with visible signs of use will not be accepted for return. For more information about our return policy please refer to our General Terms & Conditions.

 

1.1.1 Procedure:

- Contact us via email within 14 days following the delivery of your order. If the product is broken, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 2 days after delivery and provide pictures of the issue.

- After email confirmation of the return request, products can be returned within 14 days following the delivery of the product. The return cost is paid for by the customer unless an incorrect order or article was delivered.

- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging including foil, wrap, labels (if any) attached, and otherwise in a condition that enables us to sell the product as new.

- We will refund you the paid amount, where payment and transportation fees will be included or excluded depending on whether it is a full or partial order return.

 

1.2 RMA
As an end user you can request a return within 28 days following the delivery of your product(s) if the received goods have a technical defect, or when a product has been delivered to you that you did not order. Bear in mind that we have to receive these returned products in our warehouse, also within 28 days following delivery.

 

1.2.1 Requirement for an RMA request

- All products must be returned in their original packaging.

- The parts must be in perfect condition and undamaged.

- Contact us and return the products within 28 days following delivery.

 

1.2.2 Procedures:

 

1.2.2.1  Non-functional spare parts

- Contact us via email within 28 days after receiving a non-functional product. In this email mention the product number, the order number and a description of the issue.

- We will review the request and send you an RMA number if the request is accepted.

- If your request is accepted, you can send the products back, in their original packaging, referencing the RMA number provided earlier. Products returned must be sent by a fully trackable courier service to the following address:

Bear in mind that the costs of returning are at your own expense, and that we have to receive the products in our warehouse within these 28 days.

- The returned products will be examined, and if accepted, you will receive a credit note.

- You can choose to have your product replaced or refunded. In case of a refund, the paid amount of the product(s) will be transferred back to your account within 14 days.

Please note that order payment and transportation fees will be included or excluded depending on a partial or full order return. In case of a replacement, the product will be delivered free of charge and delivery time will depend on the actual stock availability.

 

1.2.2.2  Damaged or different product received

- Contact us via email within 2 days after receiving a damaged or wrongly sent product. In this email mention the product number, the order number, a description of the issue, and add at least 4 pictures of the product and the package it came in (with shipping labels visible).

- We will review the request and send you an RMA number if the request is accepted.

- If accepted, we will request our courier to pick up the goods at your location. Please pack the products in the original packaging, referencing the RMA number provided earlier.

- The returned products will be examined, and if accepted, you will receive a credit note.

- You can choose to have the product replaced or refunded. In case of a refund, the paid amount of the product(s) will be transferred back to your account within 14 days.

2. Return policy: Business (B2B) customers
As a business customer you can request a return if the received goods are not as expected. For instance, if you have received a product with visible transport damage, a product with a technical defect, or when a product has been delivered to you that you did not order. For this you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

 

2.1 Requirement for an RMA request

- All products must be returned in their original packaging including foil, wrap, labels (if any).

- The parts must be in perfect condition and undamaged (unless damaged during delivery).

- For products damaged during delivery, contact us within 2 days after receiving. For non-functional or products you did not order, contact us within 28 days after receiving.

 

2.2 Procedures

 

2.2.1  Damaged parts

- Upon receiving a visibly damaged box, please reject the shipment, or request the courier to mark the box as damaged. For damaged parts inside the box, contact us via email within 2 days after receiving them. In this email mention the product number, the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the part with this damage and the packaging.

- We will review the request and send you an RMA number if the request is accepted.

- If accepted, you will need to send the products back within 7 days after receiving them.

The products have to be sent back in their original packaging, referencing the RMA number provided earlier.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by a fully trackable courier service to the following address:

- Contact us via email within 28 days after receiving a non-functional product. In this email mention the product number, the order number and a description of the issue.

- We will review your request and send you an RMA number if the request is accepted.

- The returned products will be examined, and if accepted, you will receive a credit note.

- You can choose to have the product replaced or refunded.

 In case of a refund, the paid amount of the product(s) will be transferred back to your account within 14 days, where payment and transportation fees will be included or excluded based on a partial or full order return.

3. Improper/Rejected returns
We reserve the right to reject returns in the case of suspected abuse of return policy, including but not limited to the following:

- Parts show signs of use

- Parts returned suspected to be supplied by another vendor or

- Consistent improper installation techniques causing failure of parts.

If you return a product in violation of this policy and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or replacement of that product,

- The product will neither be refunded nor replaced.

- We reserve the right to withhold the returned product until any additional charges for re-delivery of the returned product is paid. If such charges are not received within 14 days of payment request, we reserve the right to destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
